SAP FI/CO Consultant – Freelance Contract

For our Client, a manufacturing company and a leader in its industry, we are looking for a candidate for the position of:

SAP FI/CO Consultant – Freelance Contract
Location: Europe (Remote with occasional travel)
Duration: 3 – 4 Years
In the role of an SAP Consultant, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages- from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment. You will review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues. You will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms.

Required

• Profound experience with full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA FI with multi country rollouts preferred.
• Complete knowledge of integration with other modules (MM/SD/PP/WM).
• Must have prior experience in Implementations, Rollout in SAP S/4HANA FI on large international projects.
• Requirement gathering, design, testing, documentation and Deployment support.
• Advise clients on their R2R transformation, helping them develop implementation strategies to transition from their traditional O2C solution to SAP FI.
• Drive value creation for our clients; positioning SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Change and Release Management, Configuration Management, Test Management, and the Service Delivery organization to deliver as per SLA’s along with Downstream systems.
• Ability to work with the business team and understand the requirements and translate them to Functional specification.
• Works with customer team to configure the selected business processes to meet customer requirement, develops solution and work around to address potential gaps.
• Provides business process input to technical consultants addressing data migration, integration, and potential extensibility.
• Good knowledge of R2R sub processes (GL accounting, Financial Closing, FI Reporting & Analysis & compliance and consolidation).
• Defines analytics strategy for application area so that the customer gets relevant reports and business insights.
